Privacy Policy
Last updated:
Winow New Energy Co., Ltd. ("Winow PCBA", "we") operates winowpcba.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how to accept, change or withdraw analytics consent.
Information you give us
When you contact us by email or through our contact page, we receive only what you choose to send: your name, company, email address, phone number, and — for quotations — PCB files, Gerber data, BOMs, quantities and delivery requirements. We use it solely to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and provide DFM feedback. We never sell or rent it.
Information collected automatically
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Every page of this site is pre-built static HTML; there is no application database behind it and no server-side visitor profile.
If — and only if — you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4, which reports pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, referral source and basic on-site interactions.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies unless you accept analytics. The consent banner stores
your answer in your browser's localStorage under the key
wpcba-analytics-consent. That entry never leaves your device and is not a
cookie.
The only third-party analytics service on this site is Google Analytics 4:
- Loaded only after opt-in. Until you click "Accept analytics", no Google
script is requested at all — the page runs with Consent Mode v2 defaulting
analytics_storage,ad_storage,ad_user_dataandad_personalizationtodenied. - Cookies it sets.
_gaand_ga_<container-id>, used to distinguish returning visitors, with a default lifetime of up to 2 years. - No advertising. Remarketing, advertising and cross-site personalisation signals stay denied; we do not run Google Ads or audience building on this site.
- IP addresses. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store visitors' IP addresses; an IP is used transiently to derive coarse location.
- Processor. Data is transmitted to Google LLC and may be processed in the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal bases (EEA / UK GDPR)
- Analytics cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time.
- Answering enquiries and preparing quotations: contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Site security, abuse prevention and aggregate usage statistics: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
- Enquiry emails and production files: as long as needed to serve your request, then up to 24 months, or longer where tax and export-control law requires it.
- Google Analytics 4 event data: up to 14 months, depending on the retention setting of our GA4 property.
- Cloudflare request logs: short-lived, per Cloudflare's own retention policy.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@winowpcba.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever our tooling or data practices change; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
